Moisture vapor moving upward through the slab from below is the most common cause of long-term floor coating failure. Even the best floor needs basic maintenance. Sweep regularly, mop with a pH-neutral cleaner, wipe chemical spills promptly, and avoid dragging sharp-edged objects.
